This series consists of indexes for files converted from an old system to the OCIS [Online Client Information System] on 9th November, 1985. All indexes have entries by surname and given names, date of birth (in YYMMDD format), gender, new client number (OCIS number), and old file numbers. One index is sorted in alphabetical order by surname, another in numerical order by old file numbers and the other in numerical order by new client number (OCIS number). This series may contain references to Aboriginal people who have died, which may cause sadness and distress to their relatives. No offence has been intended by making these records available. Care and discretion should be used when viewing these records.
